Yoga for Flexibility and Mobility
Loosen tight hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine with targeted yoga sequences and smart stretching.
Flexibility is the ability to lengthen a muscle; mobility is the ability to control your joints through their full range. This course trains both. You will learn how stretching works, how long to hold, how to use active mobility drills and yin-style holds, and how to work on the areas most people find tight, with complete sequences for hips, hamstrings, shoulders, spine and desk-worker posture.
What you will learn
- The difference between flexibility and mobility and how to train both
- Safe stretching methods: static, dynamic, active and yin-style
- Targeted sequences for hips, hamstrings, shoulders, spine, ankles and wrists
- Desk-posture and morning mobility routines
- A four-week flexibility plan with simple self-tests
