Tai Chi Flow and Qigong
Deepen your tai chi with flowing practice, the Eight Brocades qigong set and standing meditation.
Qigong is a family of gentle Chinese exercises that coordinate posture, movement, breath and focus. It shares its roots with tai chi and makes an ideal partner practice. In this course you will learn the Eight Brocades (Ba Duan Jin), one of the most widely practised qigong sets, plus standing meditation, self-massage and flowing tai chi drills that refine your movement and help you practise with more ease.
What you will learn

- The eight movements of the Eight Brocades with modifications
- Standing meditation (zhan zhuang) and focused breathing
- Silk-reeling and flowing drills to refine tai chi movement
- Morning, evening and stress-relief practice routines
