Is this medical advice? No. Courses are general fitness and wellness education. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are recovering from injury.
Do I get a certificate? Yes. Complete every lesson and pass each quiz (70%) to earn a printable certificate.
What happens if I cancel my membership? Access continues until the end of your billing period. Courses and paths you bought individually stay yours.
