Modern yoga practice usually combines physical poses (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation or meditation. You do not need to be flexible to start; flexibility is a result, not a requirement.
Styles in brief
Hatha classes tend to hold poses at a steady pace. Vinyasa links poses with the breath in a flow. Yin holds passive poses for several minutes. Restorative uses props for deep relaxation. This course teaches foundations that apply to all of them.

Safety note: Move within a comfortable, pain-free range and breathe throughout. This lesson is general fitness education, not medical advice.
